Formed in 1997, Eaglet UK has grown rapidly over the last 18 months to become a prominent market leader in the delivery of ISO consultancy, management and assessment. In addition to this, Eaglet UK has a strong presence in the Personality profiling and aptitude test sectors.

Eaglet UK Ltd has a firmly established reputation and worth ethic, the foundations of which rest upon a detailed knowledge of the quality systems and personality profiling industries.

Our core team is as follows:



Jo Pearce – Managing Director

Jo comes from a stock broking and banking background and joined the company in 2006 to help drive forward its growth. She is responsible for the general operation of the company and ensures that it complies with regulations and best practice, thus ensuring client confidence.




Wayne Pearce – Our principal consultant and sales and operations manager

Wayne has many years of experience in systems management and personality profiling, having chosen to move into these fields following his time in personnel and operational management at the Foreign Office. Eaglet was launched by Wayne in July 1997.

He is a certified Thomas International practitioner. He is an IRCA certified lead auditor and a qualified and certified ISO 9001,14001, 27001, BS 18001 and BS 25999 consultant, auditor, trainer and accessor. Wayne has a 100% pass success rate for certification to every standard, thus ensuring that his clients pass their assessment first time, every time.

Ev'ton
Ev’ton is the company mascot, and most recognisable of the principals of the company.  He is a representation of the ability to soar, excel, realise you ambitions,  The origins and philosophy of Eaglet come from the following legend:

An American Indian Legend.

One day an American Indian brave was walking through the prairie and found an egg. Only metres away lay the nest of a prairie chicken, so he placed the egg safe in the nest, not knowing it was the Egg of an Eagle.

The eaglet hatched with the brood of chicks and lived as one of them.

One day the eaglet looked up and saw a magnificent bird far above him in the cloudless sky. Hanging with graceful majesty on the powerful wind currents, it soared with scarcely a beat of its strong golden wings. "What a beautiful bird!" said the eaglet to his brother. "What is it?" he asked. "That's an eagle, the chief of the birds," his brother clucked. "But don't give it a second thought. You could never be like them."

Years passed, and through his life the eaglet, thinking he was a prairie chicken, did what the prairie chickens did. He scratched in the dirt for seeds and insects to eat. He clucked and cackled. And he flew for a brief thrashing of wings and flurry of feathers no more than a few feet off the ground. After all, that's how prairie chickens were supposed to fly.

But he never forgot about the eagle. How he longed to be like the eagle, yet he was just a prairie chicken.

One day, once more, a huge shadow passed overhead. Once again, now an Eagle, he looked up. "Ha!!!" mocked a brother, "Look at you with your funny curved beak, and your big clawed feet, which are no good for scratching in the dirt or picking up seeds. You can forget about being like the eagle, for you can't even be a proper prairie chicken."

This discouraged the Eagle, and he returned to scratching for food, and tried to forget what it would be like to be an Eagle.

The eagle become old, and just before he died he saw the Eagle soaring gloriously through the sky, and he tried once more to take to the skies, but his now withered wings couldn't lift him more than a couple of feet before he landed, this time beaten.

And the Eagle died a prairie chicken, never knowing that he was an Eagle.
